ABOUT THE EVENT
The AVANCE Sports Conference is where the sports industry gathers to learn, grow, and connect with other leaders looking to accelerate the professional and economic mobility of America’s multi-cultural community driving the future of the sports business.
The multi-day conference will feature panels with top executives, athletes, agents, and other key figures in the sports industry. Additionally, there will be exclusive networking opportunities, new research, and a sports startup showcase. It’s the premier platform for connecting with the next generation of changemakers and showcasing leadership that will move the industry forward.
Our conference will be part of a larger gathering of 6,000+ cross-industry influential professionals, leaders, and small business owners in real estate, construction, technology, sports, media, finance and venture capital. Conference attendees will also have broader access to the various tracks, keynotes and educational workshops offered throughout the four days.

The room block discounted rate starts at $339. The room block expires on Friday, August 29, 2025, or once it sells out. This rate is available only to registered attendees and can be booked at the end of the registration process. Learn more about the accommodations.
Refunds are available through Friday, September 11, 2025, and are subject to a $50 transaction fee. We are unable to process any refunds after that date.
