AVANCE Sports is a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization that offers membership to individuals currently employed, wanting to break in or own a business in the sports industry, students interested in a career in sports, and enterprises or institutions that support the AVANCE mission

We aspire for all Latinos in the sports industry to reach their full potential and become a thriving force at all levels. We strive to help more Latinos become changemakers in the sports industry while inspiring the next generation of leaders.

Advance the professional and economic success of Latinos in the sports industry through:
ADVOCACY: Showcase and build a pipeline of talent to accelerate Latino representation at all levels of the industry
EDUCATION: Provide market intelligence and data-driven insights about the increasing impact of Latinos in sports externally and deliver professional leadership development for members internally
MENTORSHIP: Organize events and conferences where members come together to share information, build connections, engage with each other and conduct business
