San Diego, CA – April 21, 2025 – AVANCE Sports, a 501(c)(6) non-profit dedicated to supporting professionals, students, and businesses in the sports industry, is proud to announce a new strategic partnership with the Latino Association of Basketball Coaches (LABC), joining forces to expand professional development, increase visibility, and provide impactful mentorship opportunities for Latino coaches nationwide.
This collaboration marks a significant step in amplifying the voices and advancing the careers of Latino basketball professionals by combining AVANCE Sports’ national platform and programming, which includes advocacy, education and mentorship opportunities in a network of corporate sponsors, professional networks and students, with LABC’s college network of coaches and leaders.

Together, the organizations will develop tailored mentorship content, host events, and create leadership development tools designed to meet the specific needs of Latino coaches. Additionally, joint initiatives will highlight success stories, establish pathways into elite coaching pipelines, and provide members with resources to foster both career growth and community impact.
